From the Founder
The Light Within Outreach was founded by T J Solomon following years of personal reflection, life transition, and the recognition that many people navigate some of life's most difficult seasons without a safe space to process what they are experiencing.
Through his own journey of loss, change, rebuilding, and personal growth, he came to understand the value of perspective, self-awareness, and honest reflection.
The Light Within Outreach was created to provide a space where individuals can pause, gain clarity, and move forward with greater intention.
Rather than offering quick answers, the focus is on meaningful conversations that encourage deeper understanding, emotional wellbeing, personal growth, and transformation.
